How the Referral Process Works
1 Submit the Referral Form Provide both parties’ details.
2 We Review and Reach Out Once eligibility is confirmed, we contact the referred dispensary.
3 Rewards are issued After the referral activates and stays in good standing for 90 days, the referrer receives a reward and the referred dispensary gets account credit.
Credits are applied manually.

Eligibility Criteria

Referrers: Must be active, paying IndicaOnline customers. Referrals: Must be new or inactive for 6+ months. Qualification: Must activate and remain in good standing for 90 days.
Referral cancels/misses payments within 90 days. No self-referrals or internal referrals.

    Who Can Participate?

    This referral program is open to anyone who submits an eligible referral, including customers, owners, managers, admins, store staff, and other qualified contacts.

    Important Terms

    • Rewards are issued only after the qualification period is completed.
    • No self-referrals or internal referrals are allowed.
    • Duplicate referrals are not eligible; the first valid submission will be honored.
    • If the referred account cancels or misses payments during the first 90 days, the referral does not qualify.
    • Amazon Gift Cards and account credits are issued manually after verification.
    • Additional rewards or credits may apply based on the number of qualifying activated locations.
