Yes! You can upgrade your plan whenever you need. A prorated charge will apply for the remaining period of your current subscription.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. You can choose to pay month-to-month, quarterly, or yearly — with the yearly plan offering the best overall savings.

What integrations are available with IndicaOnline?

IndicaOnline integrates with Metrc, Weedmaps, Leafly, Springbig, Twilio, Alpine IQ, Happy Cabbage Analytics, Green Check Verified, BudSense, Sweede, Looker, Google Analytics, and offers an Open API for custom connections.

Does the updated pricing affect existing users?

No, all existing accounts created before June 1, 2025, your current pricing will remain the same for as long as you maintain your active subscription. Active monthly subscribers also have the option to upgrade to a quarterly or yearly plan, or switch to the Ultimate plan.

Which states do you operate in?

We operate in all states that are Metrc-compliant.
