In New Brunswick, cannabis is allowed for both medical and recreational use. The only legal retailer of adult-use cannabis is Cannabis NB. 

In New Brunswick, authorities introduced the Cannabis FarmGate program, which will allow licensed New Brunswick marijuana producers to sell their products on-site at Cannabis NB’s facilities. To participate, cannabis producers shall:

  • Apply to Cannabis NB;
  • Grow, produce, and package on-site;
  • Be compliant with the Health Canada regulations.
