IndicaOnline, the leading Point of Sale provider for cannabis businesses is hiring sales executive in Los Angeles area.

IndicaOnline is growing in a new and dynamic industry, and we are looking for an sales executive to join our team. This is a fulltime position where you will utilize your extraordinary communication skills, passion for problem-solving and connect with customers by phone or email while establishing trust and strong rapport.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and web forms from prospective clients
  • Conduct live web demonstrations for future clients and recommend solution for their businesses
  • Prepare quotes and collect payments
  • Listen to the needs of the industry and share with Product and Marketing teams

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management or similar customer service role
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and constantly improve
  • Ability to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet
  • Assertive and persuasive personality
  • Show the ability to multitask and work on the multiple projects while paying attention to details

You will have to have a basic knowledge of web based demonstrations, shared calendars, instant messaging and screen sharing platforms. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and the industry to provide our clients the best possible service.
